These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Games") published by One More Game Lab ("OMG", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any of our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
The Games are intended for a general audience. If you are a minor in your country of residence, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Games. By using the Games, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Subject to these Terms, OMG grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Games on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by OMG.

The Games may offer optional in-app purchases, including the removal of advertisements and virtual items such as coins, lives, or hints ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that:
The Games are supported by third-party advertising, including products from Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Ads may include interstitial and rewarded video formats. By using the Games you consent to the display of such advertising. Purchasing the "Remove Ads" option disables eligible interstitial advertising as described in the Games.
You are responsible for your use of the Games and for any data associated with your device or account. You agree to use the Games in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and these Terms.
The Games, including all software, artwork, characters, audio, text, and trademarks, are owned by One More Game Lab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Games.
The Games may integrate third-party services (such as Google Play services, Google AdMob, and analytics providers). Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
Your use of the Games is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Games (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Games will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One More Game Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Games. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Games at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the Games.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Games shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
